For whom/ Who should take part
The biodynamic self-regulation online course is designed for people who have no intention to implement biodynamic principles as professionals. On the contrary, this course is for those who desire to learn how to relieve tension, feel confident in their body, and gradually recover contact with the whole body and the connection between its different parts. Additionally, this course provides the opportunity to learn the safest form of structural meditation based on embodiment and real circumstances.
Outcomes
Participants have learnt to read safe signs from the environment in a situation where life is not endangered and there are 10-20 minutes to relieve stress. Such skills do not take any effort of will, special places or time. You may integrate them into normal life. The course program is orchestrated to avoid retraumatisation and use only safe body methods.
Course program
This lesson focuses on recovering the sense of body weight which has been lost under chronic stress and seeking the parts of the body that are leaned on to relax.
The breath pattern depends on the posture, digestive system work, anxiety and inability to relax. Participants are taught to notice their state and the manifestation of their body and to manage the condition of decreasing stress and tension. If the nervous system is ready, the participant will already get a noticeable relief spontaneously during the lesson.
A sense of personal boundaries not only allows the nervous system to have more control under any situation and therefore be less anxious but also gives a sense of safety in your own body, makes you more spontaneous and move more freely.
During this session, participants explore personal boundaries and their functions, get to know their characteristics and gain skills in recovering and maintaining boundaries. For example, being too close to another person can cause breathing to become erratic, raise unmotivated fear and anxiety or oppression which occur due to a violation of bodily boundaries. Consequently, participants learn to recognize and regulate these states in this session.
The comprehension of the body condition is crucial for the brain which returns the brain’s ability to take over the situation and in turn decreases the tension in the nervous system. During the session, participants learn to give gentle signals that everything is going well, the body has survived and still exists. In addition, participants gain confidence in their own self-regulation and the ability to distinguish between body signs and hence better meet their needs.

This is the online course. You may choose among the following:

- Obtain registration for the next group course which lasts a month on Saturdays
- Request assistance. The participant is assisted by Olha Vynohradna (Dzhulai) or experienced assistants. They are available to answer your questions at the beginning of the course.
Participants have ongoing access to the course recording and are able to return to it at any time.
Each group has been given its own focus based on the determined participant’s requests by a mentor. It might be sleep challenging, permanent body tension, chronic pain or how to control physical-emotional state. All such requests are taken into account in the current course. Thus all participants can get tools to regulate their own condition.
