School of Biodynamics and Integrative Body Practices
Listen to the rhythms and stories of your body. Restore connection, release trauma — and heal from within.
About biodynamics
The human body has its own history—a physical memory. Stories that were left unfinished can remain in the body and manifest as discomfort. To get rid of unpleasant sensations, it can be enough to “listen” to the body, allow it to “express itself,” complete unfinished stories, and recover. The human organism possesses a powerful capacity for self-healing. Biodynamic work helps activate this ability.
Learn moreWho We Are
This school is a space for embodied self-recovery. We teach, supervise, explore, and share the power of biodynamics and body practices. At the heart of our work is a simple principle: When the body feels safe, it begins to soften protective patterns shaped by trauma — and finds its own way back into regulation and repair. This opens the way to deeper rest, a more grounded presence, relief from chronic tension, and a soft return to yourself — through the body.
