Olha Vynohradna’s School of Biodynamics and Integrative Body Practices

I have been teaching since 2015. That year, I introduced the concept of a modern postpartum culture and began sharing this knowledge with women through training in postpartum wrapping. In 2018, I expanded my teaching activities and founded the School of Biodynamics and Integrative Body Practices. I began teaching craniosacral therapy in the biodynamic approach, and since 2022, I have been teaching biodynamics as a standalone practice.

The core mission of the School is to create a space where anyone can learn how to interact with the body and nervous system in a safe, gentle way. The goal is to provide conditions in which the body can heal itself. I teach both those who want to support themselves and their loved ones, and professionals who work with others and want to provide deeper support while safeguarding their own energy and resources. Every program and format is designed to serve this purpose.

Here, you can study biodynamics at a basic level or dive deeper, explore specific biodynamic practices — from self-healing and therapeutic settings to specialized skills — and also focus on particular topics, such as cortisol regulation or chronic pain. This list of study areas is not final, as it is constantly growing. New programs are added regularly, so there is always something new to explore.

We work in two formats — offline and online.
• Offline programs are in-depth, immersive trainings that include extensive supervised practice under my guidance.
• Online programs are shorter courses, lectures, and practicums, making the learning accessible to a wider circle of people.

The School Club A special format for the School’s community. Anyone who has completed any training with the School can join. Club members are the first to receive course schedules and announcements of new programs, and they also enjoy special pricing for participation.

For some learning formats, we also offer support groups and supervision circles. These provide opportunities to ask questions, receive guidance, and improve your skills in biodynamic practices. These groups are personally guided by me and by graduates of the School.

All teaching is built on biodynamic principles. Because the courses, lectures, and practicums are about the body and lived experience, the programs are carefully designed to be supportive and non-traumatizing. Group interactions are structured to be non-invasive and safe for everyone involved.
